During our peak times, any tables over 10 require to place a deposit to secure their booking. Please note your reservation is NOT confirmed until this deposit received and is required 5 days prior to your set reservation time.

Confirmation of Numbers: To ensure the best service, customers are required to confirm the number of guests in their party at least 24 hours before the reservation time. Failure to confirm may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

NON ATTENDANCE FEE:
For reservations involving large tables (over 10), the Restaurant relies on accurate guest counts to optimize seating arrangements and ensure a seamless dining experience for all patrons. In instances where a reservation is not honored, and the number of confirmed attendees falls short without prior notification, a non-attendance fee of $20 per person will be applied to the final bill. This fee serves to mitigate the consequential loss of trade incurred by the Restaurant, as resources and seating capacity are allocated based on confirmed reservations. We kindly request that guests respect this policy, understanding its necessity to maintain the efficiency of our small venue and the satisfaction of all patrons.

Please ensure your guests arrive at booked time and set seating times will still need to be maintained. No outside food or beverages are permitted on site. Store bought cakes only are permitted which will incur a cake fee.

Cancellation is required no less than 48hrs prior to the dining time for a full refund. Should the notice period not be met, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $100 which will be taken out of the deposit issued.
